My passion in life is to help others become physically fit and
obtain a more knowledgeable sense of personal well-being; to achieve a
sound mind/body combination; and ultimately
grant them a happier and more influential life.
As a runner, triathlete, yoga instructor, and coach my concept is simple: focus on helping
individuals improve on our primal instinct to run, train, and compete.
My greatest pleasure about
leading athletes is seeing how they progress to achieve personal fitness goals.
My experiences as a member and
leader of numerous run clubs, several with the Chicago Area Runner’s
Association, have taught me to be a better leader and person by living up to my
word and maintaining life balance. Consistently, I have been able to
encourage others to push themselves to improve by becoming a better runner
without the threat of injury.
Maintaining a connection with
fellow athletes is important to me. Over the years, I have taken numerous
classes, trainings, and certifications and I am grateful to have the
opportunity to expand my knowledge of fitness and health, most notably injury
prevention and cardiovascular development.
Whether you are planning on competing in a triathlon in the
coming months, or simply want to take a step towards a healthier and happier
life, I am excited to have the opportunity to be a part of your journey.
Cheers,
Nick Larsen
