Not sure you have enough time for triathlon training? Looking to improve your overall fitness, but not quite ready for serious endurance sports? I can conduct a fitness evaluation, help you set realistic short and long-term goals, and check-in with you to assess your progress.
Together, we will develop an individual plan to help you achieve your ultimate fitness goal to compete in a triathlon, finish, and achieve your finish time goals.
Personal Yoga Sessions (or Small Group Yoga Sessions)
Whether you are looking for more individualized yoga instruction or your schedule does not allow you to attend a regular class at your gym/studio, I offer personal yoga sessions at your home, gym, or in my personal yoga studio for individual or small, private groups.
Corporate Yoga Sessions (or Small Group Yoga Sessions)
With many organizations adding Wellness Plans and Programs, a group yoga class is a wonderful way to help your organization or team reach their fitness goals. Can be done in-studio or on-site.
